Testicular pain and numbness in penis - #23422

In begining i had pain in testis and pelvis are with numbness in penis Then i contacted urologist for this. Doctor said this problem is due to prostitis and started medication after some time pain was resolved but numbness remain Then i go for ultrasound and found that I have Mild seminal vesculitis and E.Coli infection in semen . The doctor stopped all medication and started new medication[Doxycycline and Septran DS] twice daily Now the pain is also started again and numbness is also not going and some time i feels low sexual desire and problem in erection holding I have penile discharge(clear white solution lile water) after minimal sexual thoughts and even4-5 second erection.

Tell me the possible causes

I think There’s biofilm formation in prostate/seminal ducts making bacteria antibiotic-resistant Also there is nerve irritation (causing numbness/weak erections)

This needs a proper urologist advice.

Should i go for ayurveda or allopathy treatment And is there complete treatment possible
