I am really struggling with my stress levels lately, and someone suggested I try ashwagandha powder. I did some reading and even bought a bag of it! It's all a bit overwhelming though. Like, I’m not sure how to use ashwagandha powder with milk? I keep seeing that it’s great for calming the mind and boosting energy, but it’s confusing to figure it all out. I tried mixing it in my smoothie but honestly, I don't love the taste. 😬 Then I heard that using ashwagandha powder with milk can enhance its benefits — something about the warmth of the milk helping absorb it better? Can I just add a spoon to my warm milk before bed or do I need to do something special? Also, would it mess with my digestive system? I had a bad experience with another herbal remedy that just… didn’t sit right with me. 😩 Any tips on how to make this work would be awesome!
