I am a dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner with a diverse foundation in both modern and traditional systems of medicine. My journey began with six months of hands-on experience in allopathic medicine at District Hospital Sitapur, where I was exposed to acute and chronic care in a high-volume clinical setting. This experience strengthened my diagnostic skills and deepened my understanding of patient care in an allopathic framework. Complementing this, I have also completed six months of clinical training in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, focusing on natural detoxification and rejuvenation therapies. During this time, I gained practical experience in classical Ayurvedic treatments, including Abhyanga, Basti, Shirodhara, and other Panchakarma modalities. I strongly believe in a patient-centric approach that blends the wisdom of Ayurveda with the clinical precision of modern medicine for optimal outcomes. Additionally, I hold certification in Garbha Sanskar, a specialized Ayurvedic discipline aimed at promoting holistic wellness during pregnancy. I am passionate about supporting maternal health and fetal development through time-tested Ayurvedic practices, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations. My approach to healthcare emphasizes balance, preventive care, and customized wellness plans tailored to each individual’s constitution and health goals. I aim to create a nurturing space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. HELLO AKASH,

Jock itch is a fungal skin infection. It usually affects warm, moist areas like the inner things, groin, buttocks, etc. It causes -red, itchy patches -ring like rash -burning or raw skin -sometimes foul smell

You may feel better temporarily with creams or medicines, but it comes back again. That’s why it’s called chronic (long-term)

In Ayurveda, this condition is described under dhatu Kushtha(a type of skin disease) due to -Pitta dosha= causes burning, redness, inflammation -Kapha dosha= causes moistness, stickiness, fungus growth -Rakta dushti= impure blood that keeps feeding infection -Mandagni (weak digestion)= causes toxin buildup, which worsens the skin -Low Ojas(immunity)

GOAL OF TREATMENT To cure jock itch permanently, treatment needs to -kill the fungal infection (locally and internally) -remove toxins (ama) and purify the blood -balance pitta and kapha dosha -strengthen digestion -improves skin immunity

INTERNAL AYURVEDIC MEDICINES

1) GANDHAK RASAYANA= 2 tabs twice daily with warm water for 3 months =kills fungi, purifies skin, boosts immunity

2) AROGYAVARDHINI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after food for 8 weeks =cleans liver, reduces pitta, improves digestion

3) MANJISTHA GHAN VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 3months =blood purifier, anti inflammatory

4) NIMBA GHAN VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 6 weeks =neem is antifungal, detoxifies blood

5) TRIPHALA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm water at night =cleans intestines, improves digestion

6) GUDUCHI GHANVATI= 2 tabs twice daily for 2 months =immunity booster, reduces itching and allergy

7) PANCHATIKTA GHRITA GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily for stubborn thickened skin cases

EXTERNAL TREATMENTS

1) NEEM OIL = COCONUT OIL (1:1 mix)= apply twice daily after healing skin =kills fungus, cools and soothes skin

2) JATYADI TAILA= apply at night before bed =heals skin reduces infection, promotes regeneration

3) TRIPHALA DECOCTION WASH= boil triphala powder in water, cool wash infected area =disinfects, reduce itching

4) KHADIRA DECOCTION WASH= same as above =strong antifungal medicine

5) MULTANI MITTI+ NEEM POWDER= make paste apply for 20min, wash off =keeps area dry, antifungal

DIET TO BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY

INCLUDE -warm water, neem tea, coriander water -moong dal khichdi- light , digestive -bitter vegetables= kerala , neem leaves, methi -green leafy vegetables= palak, drumstick, leaves -barley , red rice , millets= reduce kapha -homemade buttermilk with roasted jeera -turmeric, triphala, coriander, ajwain

FOODS TO AVOID -curd, panner, milk+fruits combos -sugar, sweets, cold drinks -deep fried, bakery items -junk food, spicy food, pickles -white rice, refined flour - citrus fruits(can irritate pitta in sensitive cases) -cold and refrigerated fooods

LIFESTYLE CHANGES- HOW TO BREAK THE ITCH- CYCLE -take daily bath with lukewarm water + triphala decoction -always wear loose cotton underwear -change clothes after sweating -dry your groin area completely after bath -do not share towels or inners -avoid using chemical soaps- use ayurvedic neem soap or ubtan - sleep by 10 pm- skin regenerates during sleep -wash clothes with antiseptic (neem-based or dettol)

YOGA AND PRANAYAM= HEAL FROM INSIDE

YOGA ASANAS -pawanmuktasana= aids digestion -bhujangasana= stimulates blood flow -vajrasana= sit after meals to aid digestion -paschimottanasana= detox and circulation -sarvangasana= immunity boost

PRANAYAM -nadi sodhana= balances doshas -sheetali and sheetkari= cooling pranayam for pitta -bhramari= calms nerves, balances hormones

POWERFUL HOME REMEDIES -neem water wash= Boil Neem leaves, wash infected area -turmeric+coconut oil paste= apply for 15 mins then wash -Aloe Vera gel (fresh)= cooling and healing -apple cider vinegar(diluted)= acts as antifungal when applied lightly

PERMENENT CURE IS POSSIBLE Chronic jock needs deep cleaning of the body -fungus lives in moisture and sugar- so diet is key -skin healing takes 2-3 months minimum -stay consistent with internal and external care -avoid short term steroid creams- they suppress but don’t cure -don’t lose hope

DO FOLLOW CONSISTENTLY

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Chronic jock itch can be persistent, but Ayurveda offers a holistic approach that can help target the root cause. This condition often arises from an imbalance in the body’s doshas, particularly Kapha and Pitta, which need to be addressed to aid healing. Ayurveda focuses on boosting your immune system, aligning your diet and lifestyle, and managing stress, which influences the skin.

1. Dietary Changes: Incorporate foods that help in balancing Pitta like bitter gourd, neem, and turmeric. Avoid items like spicy, oily and fermented foods which can aggravate Pitta. Also, keep away from sugar-rich foods that can promote fungal growth.

2. Topical Applications: Use a paste of neem and turmeric. Grind neem leaves and turmeric root with water into a smooth paste. Apply to affected areas and leave for about 20-30 minutes before rinsing. Do this daily until improvement is seen.

3. Bath Routine: Prepare a warm bath with added neem leaves or a few drops of neem oil. Neem has antifungal properties and can assist in reducing the fungal infection.

4. Lifestyle Adjustments: Wear loose cotton clothing to reduce friction and moisture buildup. Ensure the groin area is kept dry; moisture can exacerbate the fungus. Powder the area with an antifungal herbal powder, such as a mixture of Yashtimadhu (licorice) and Daruharidra (Berberis aristata), after bathing.

5. Herbal Support: Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) is a well-regarded herb in Ayurveda for its immune-boosting properties. It can be taken in supplement form, but ensure to consult with a practitioner for the proper dosage.

6. Stress Management: Since stress contributes to immune function, practice regular meditation or yoga. Both can help manage stress and improve bodily homeostasis.

If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s wise to seek direct consultation with an Ayurvedic expert to ensure personalized care that addresses your unique constitution and needs. Remember that skin reflects inner health, so approach healing as a full body balance.

Chronic jock itch, particularly if it’s been lingering over a year and half, suggests imbalances within the body’s systems that require a holistic approach to address. Siddha-Ayurvedic tradition often sees chronic skin conditions as indicative of an imbalance in the body’s doshas, particularly Pitta, which governs heat and inflammation in the body, and Kapha, which may contribute to moistness and fungal infections. Here’s how one might approach this using Siddha-Ayurvedic principles:

1. Dietary Adjustments: To restore balance, start by reducing intake of foods that can increase Pitta and Kapha such as spicy, oily, and heavy foods. Focus on a diet that is cooling and cleansing; incorporate more fresh fruits like apples and pomegranates, leafy vegetables, and more whole grains. Avoid excessive sugar and yeast-containing foods which can contribute to fungal growth.

2. Herbal Remedies: Use a neem (Azadirachta indica) based paste or oil. Neem has strong antimicrobial properties which can help relieve symptoms and fight against fungal elements. Apply neem oil to the affected area once a day after properly drying the skin.

3. Hygiene Practices: Keep the affected area dry and well-ventilated. Wear loose cotton clothing to allow air circulation and reduce moisture accumulation. Regularly change out of sweaty clothes and ensure proper washing and drying of the skin folds.

4. Internal Detoxification: Support the body’s removal of built-up toxins with a herbal formulation like Triphala, which can be taken as a tablet or powder before bed to aid digestion and detoxification.

5. Consistent Routine: Establish a daily routine that includes regular cleansing and application of herbal treatments, along with stress-reducing practices like yoga or meditation to manage underlying stress factors that can exacerbate symptoms.

If symptoms persist or worsen, it is wise to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized treatment plan, or a medical professional if needed, to rule out more serious underlying conditions. Addressing jock itch with holistic care often requires patience and persistent application of practices aligned with your individual constitution.

Dr. Sumit Tasgaonkar
I am Dr. Sumit S. Tasgaonkar — a BAMS doc who also went on to complete MS in Ayurveda surgery, along with CGO and PGDEMS. Kinda feels like I’m always learning. And maybe that’s what keeps me grounded — balancing classical Ayurvedic wisdom with real-time medical emergencies or even modern diagnostic tools. I don’t see these systems as opposites... for me, they compliment each other when you look closely enough. My work mostly revolves around chronic diseases, metabolic issues, lifestyle mess (and there’s plenty of it these days), and women’s health conditions — PCOS, hormonal imbalance, gynec stuff that needs long-term attention. I use Panchakarma, herbal meds, diet correction, sometimes just shifting someone’s daily habits does more than we expect. But it’s never one-size-fits-all. I take a lot of time getting to the root cause — dosha imbalance, agni disturbance, whatever is underneath the visible stuff. Patients dealing with arthritis, stress, skin flareups, digestion trouble — I’ve seen all of that and more. And every case teaches something new. I’m super keen on tracking progress too. Like we keep tweaking, adjusting as per prakriti and vikriti, not just protocol-for-all. And honestly, the most satisfying part? when patients tell me they feel like themselves again. I started Tasgaonkar Medical Foundation with a big dream of bringing authentic Ayurveda to more people, esp. rural areas where choices are limited. We still keep prices fair and try not to compromise on classical principles. Accessibility doesn’t mean diluting the science — that’s always been important to me. What I really want is to see more people actually understand their health. Not just pop pills or mask symptoms. I wanna give them the tools — through knowledge, through food, through breath — to live lighter and healthier. And ya, sometimes it’s messy, sometimes you doubt, sometimes you adjust everything mid-plan... but that's Ayurveda too. Listening, observing, and flowing with the body, not against it.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

I am a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician from Jalandhar, Punjab, and I work with a deep interest in blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern telemedicine care. My practice is largely consultation based, reaching patients across the country through online platforms, which still feels new sometimes but works well. Till now I have served more than 500 patients through teleconsultations, mostly chronic cases where consistency really matters more than quick fixes. I focus on understanding each patient through dosha assessment, mainly balancing Vata, Pitta, Kapha using individualized treatment plans and nutrition guidance. Around 85% symptom relief has been seen in chronic conditions, though outcomes vary and need patience. I rely on personalised diet, daily routine correction, and classical Ayurvedic medicines. Some days are challenging, but seeing people feel lighter, sleep better, or regain control over health keeps me going. My aim stays simple,, long term wellness through practical Ayurveda, not rushed solutions.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Akshay Negi
I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

Dr. Sumit Verma
I am Dr. Sumit Verma, a BAMS practitioner who has spent years working with patients dealing with a wide range of chronic diseases — sometimes simple, sometimes deeply complex. My focus is on evidence-based Ayurvedic treatment and holistic care, because I genuinely belive healing isn’t just about fixing one symptom, it’s about understanding the entire system behind it. Over time, I’ve treated conditions linked to metabolism, helped people manage long-term issues like PCOD and diabetes, and worked with many gastrointestinal problems — things like chronic hyperacidity, bloating, irregular digestion, and even hyper tension which often hides deeper imbalances. Skin health is another area I care about a lot. Cases of psoriasis, eczema, acne — they’re not just skin-deep, they usually tell a bigger story about what’s happening inside the body. My approach always starts with a detailed diagnosis (I can’t rush that part even if I wanted to), followed by root-cause treatment, and then lifestyle modifications that make the results last. Sometimes it means slow progress, but real healing takes time and consistency — I tell this to almost every patient. One thing I hold onto strongly is a patient-first way of working. Every person who walks in has a different body, different patterns, and different challenges, so treatment should be just as individual. I try to listen carefully, even to the things patients think are “not important,” because they often hold the key to figuring out what’s really going on. I’m still learning, always refining how I blend classical Ayurvedic knowledge with practical, modern needs. It’s not always perfect — sometimes I question if I’m doing enough — but my goal is to guide each patient toward better balance, not just quick relief. That’s what makes this work meaningful to me.
