Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Namaste I can understand your concern 9 saal kw baad bhi pregnancy na hona emotional aur mental dono tarah se challenging hoga hai. Aapki saari reports normal ana wk achi baat hai – iska matlab physical level par mpi badi samasya nahi hai, par ayurveda ke hisab se kuch hidden factors conception ko rok sakte hain.

✅WHY CONCEPTION IS NOT HAPPENING Conception kyu nhi ho pa raha agar sabhi reports nomal hai toh???

Ayurveda ke hisaab se pregnancy 4 cheezon ke perfect balance se hoti hai

👉Rutu ( ovulation timing) Ovulation to ho raha hai, but egg ki quality weak ho sakti hai

👉Kshtra ( uterus health) Uterus me Avaran ya sroto rodha ( micro blockage) ho sakti hai Isse implantation nahi ho pata

👉 Ambu ( nutrition, endometrial lining) Lining thin ya rasa dhatu kshaya se conception rukta hai

👉Bheeja ( egg and sperm health) Husband ki sperm motility/ quality subclinical low ho shakti hai ( reports me sada clear nahi hota)

Stress bhi vata vitiation badhata hai, jo fertilization aur implantation dono ko rok deti hai

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅PANCHAKARMA THERAPY

Yeh sabse zaroori step hai – virechana ( gentle detox) –Uttar basti - highly effective for unexplained infertility – yoni pichu with medicated oil – basti ( matra basti ) to balance apana vayu

These procedures significantly increase the chance of pregnancy even when all reports are normal

Agar aapko najdeeki panchakarma center mai jake ye sabhi treatment kar shakte ho to mai apko detailed treatment plan bata shakti hu

✅ INTERNAL MEDICATION

for you ( female )

1 phala ghrita 1 tsp morning khali peeth le 2.Shatavari kalpa - 1 tsp with milk morning and night 3 Ashokaristha 20ml-0-20ml with water after lunch and dinner 4 Sukumara Ghrita 1 tsp at bed time followed by warm water

For husband ( even if reports are normal)

1 Shilakith capsule 1 at bed time 2 Kapikacchu churna ½ tsp with warm milk at bed time

✅DIET MODIFICATION

✅FOODS TO BOOST FERTILITY AND SPERM QUALITY

Cow‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ ghee (1 -2 tsp daily) Dry fruits soaked (almond, cashew, dates) Dry fruits soaked (almond, cashew, dates) Warm milk with ½ tsp ghee Sesame seeds (til) Makhana Moong dal khichdi Beetroot & drumstick Ghee-roti, homemade foods

❌ Avoid Cold foods and cold drinks Late-night sleep Stress eating Excess fasting Spicy foods

✅LIFESTYLE FOR CONCEPTION Sleep before 10:30 PM Stop excessive exercise (vata ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌aggravates) Do Garbha sansakra meditation 15 min daily bhramari pranayama

✅Most important tips ( timing) Mashika dharma ( bleeding start hone ke baad ke 10-18 din tak jyada samband rakhe

Agar aap 3 months yeh Ayurvedic plan follow karte ho –Egg Quality improve –Uterus lining thicken –Apana Vayu balance –Conception chances sharply increases

Adhikar couples jinka inferity ke liye koi karan nhi hota woh aksar 3-6 mahine mai ayurvedic treatment se preganat ho jate hai

Aap bilkul tenison mat lijiye. Aap dono physically normal ho – isiliye Ayurvedic treatment se preganacy possible hai

Hum step by step aapko conceive karne me madad kar shakte hain Aap regular follow up kijiye

Jab sare medical reports normal ho, aur conceiving ki dikkat ho, toh kai baar lifestyle aur diet par nazar dalne ki zarurat hoti hai. Ayurveda kehta hai ki sukh conception ke liye doshon ki santulan, sahi ahar-vihar, aur manasik sthiti ka mahatva hota hai.

Pratham, aap apne prakriti ko samajhne ka prayas kijiye. Agar aapka vata prakriti hai, toh garam aur snigdha bhojan like ghee, sesame oil, aur nuts ko apne diet mein shamil karein. Aapko apne digestion par bhi dhyan dena hoga; agni ke santulan ke liye trikatu churna (5 gm din mein 2 baar khana ke baad) faydemand hota hai. Aur fir agar aappee pitta prakriti hai, toh thanda aur madhur bhojan, jese doodh aur gulkand, helpful hai.

Dwitiya, dinacharya maintain karna bhi mahatva poorn hai.

Tritiya, yoga aur vyayam ka apnana zaruri hai, lekin shant aur sustainable vyayam choose karein jaise ke walking or swimming. Veerabhadrasana aur Baddha Konasana jaise yogasan behtar ho sakte hain reproductive organs ke liye.

Aap Shatavari kalp (sarsaparilla) churna bhi try kar sakti hain, jo reproduction ke liye beneficial mana jata hai. Din mein 2 baar 3-6 gm, doodh ke saath le sakte hain.

Aakhri mahatvapurn baat, emotional wellness maintain karna zaruri hai. Chinta aur stress conception ko bhaari asar daalte hain. Isliye, leisure activities mein samil hona, music sunna, ya family ke saath time spend karna bhi important hai.

Jadi butiyan aur diet agar aapke current medication ya condition k sath conflict karte hain, toh certify ayurvedic practitioner se par amrsh lena accha rahega.

Conceiving can be challenging even when medical tests come back normal. In Siddha-Ayurveda, we look at your unique body constitution and balance of doshas to understand what’s happening. For fertility, a balanced agni (digestive fire) is key as it nourishes all dhatus and ensures reproductive system health. Let’s focus on enhancing both partners’ overall balance.

First, assess your lifestyle. Regular meals with nutritious, easy-to-digest food supports agni. Steer clear of processed and cold foods which can aggravate vata dosha; they can make reproductive tissues weak. Warm, cooked meals like kichadi with ghee and turmeric can be helpful. Eating at the same time daily sets a rhythm that supports your digestive health.

Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are valuable for reproductive health. Ashwagandha roots strengthen dhatus and reduce stress, and Shatavari supports female reproductive tissues. Mix half a teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk twice daily. For Shatavari, mix one teaspoon of powder with honey and consume with milk at night.

Both partners should practice regular relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga. Daily practices help in regulating hormones and reducing stress, another factor in fertility issues.

Consider taking Panchakarma therapy under an expert’s guidance to cleanse your body of toxins, allowing better absorption of nutrients and removing dosha imbalances. If after trying these approaches no progress is made, it’s crucial to review the case in person with an Ayurveda practitioner who can make a more personalized plan.

Dr. Puliyur Mahalakshmi Kannan
I am Dr. Puliyur Mahalakshmi Kannan, an Ayurvedic physician, researcher and someone who’s trying to make Ayurveda practical in today’s world without losing its roots. My BAMS training at SDM Institute of Ayurveda, Bengaluru gave me a strong classical base, and I was lucky to secure multiple university ranks along the way. But honestly, what stayed with me more than marks was the exposure to clinical practice, the texts we read again n again, and how all of it connects when you see real patients. I worked as Chief Ayurveda Consultant & Dietician at Ayur Ayurveda Wellness, where I mostly focused on lifestyle and metabolic disorders — diabetes, digestion problems, skin & joint diseases, even respiratory issues that needed more than just short-term fixes. Here I really leaned on chikitsa sutras, Panchakarma, and dietetics to design plans that people could actually follow in daily life. Some cases taught me patience, others pushed me to rethink protocols, but each added something to how I see Ayurveda. Right now, I am Chief Advisor & Consultant at SthotraStuti Ayur Organic. My role here is broader — not only consultations but also helping with product formulation, brand growth, and health awareness programs for community. It’s a space where Ayurveda meets people in diff. forms, not just in clinics. I also started Haridashva Ayurveda — my own initiative to bring classical Ayurveda closer to science-backed innovation. One work I feel proud of is developing a fortified Swarnaprashana with Shataputi Abhraka Bhasma, aimed at building immunity & cognition in children. This came out of both tradition and practical need I saw in families asking for safe pediatric formulations. My focus areas include lifestyle disorders, pediatrics, dietetics, Panchakarma, preventive care, and integrative research. At the end, my aim is simple — authentic Ayurveda, adapted carefully for today’s health challenges, without losing the essence of what our texts tried to teach.

Dr. Nayan Wale
I am working in medical field for total 7 years, out of which around 4 years was in hospital setup and 3 years in clinic practice. Hospital work gave me strong base, long duty hours, different type of cases, emergencies sometimes, and learning under pressure. Clinic work is different, slower but deeper, where I sit with patients, listen more, explain things again n again, and follow them over time. In hospital I handled day to day OPD cases, routine management, and also assisted seniors when things got complicated. That phase shaped my clinical thinking a lot, even now I sometimes catch myself thinking like hospital mode when a case looks serious. Clinic practice on the other hand taught me patience. Patients come with chronic issues, expectations, doubts, sometimes fear, and I had to adjust my approach accordingly. I focus on practical treatment planning, not just diagnosis on paper. Some days I feel I should have more time with each patient, but I try to balance it. My experience across hospital and clinic helps me understand both acute care and long term disease management. I still keep learning everyday, reading, observing patterns, correcting myself when needed, because medicine never stays same for long, and neither should the doctor.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Manjula
I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Jatin Kumar Sharma
I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

Dr. Soukhya Hiremath
I am Dr Soukhya, completed my BAMS degree under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, and sometimes I still can’t believe how fast that year of full-time practice went by… feels like I m still figuring small things while already handling so many female disorders and skin related conditions every day. I work mostly with Ayurveda treatments for gynic cases, hormonal ups-and-downs, chronic skin troubles and a few other things that always need more gentle hands than people expect. I am practicing for a year now, but honestly the learning kind of never stop, each patient shows something new… sometimes I even pause thinking “wait, did I explain that right” and then go again with more clarity. My focus stays on understanding the root-cause, balancing doshas properly, and giving care that feel practical not over complicated. I treated many gynic issues, from irregular cycles to pregnency related discomforts, and a lot of cosmetology concerns too (acne, pigmentation and stuff that people get worried about really quickly!). I am also running offline yoga classes for pregnant women and others too… it started simple but grew into this small supportive space where I see how much differnce breathing and mindful movement makes. Sometimes the schedule gets messy, or I m not sure if the batch timing was perfect, but the sessions still turn meaningful. Ayurveda, yoga, routine corrections — all these tie together in my approach. I try to keep things straighforward, even if my notes get a bit scattered here and there or a comma miss somewhere, but the intention stays steady: help people feel better with methods that respect body’s natural healing.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.
