At the same time, it’s understandable that you’re thinking about improving your husband’s sperm health and your own strength. Right now, the focus should be on calming your mind, bringing your sleep back, and rebuilding your body slowly. For your husband, sperm count and motility can be improved naturally over a few months with the right Ayurvedic support and lifestyle changes.
