Basic asanas like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) are beneficial. Mahanarayana taila (oil) massage on the belly can help tone those muscles; massage gently in circular movements daily.

Lifestyle adjustments are key: Ensure adequate sleep, minimize stress, and take time for calming activities. Abhyanga, or self-massage using sesame oil, helps pacify Vata and strengthen the body tissues over time. It’s best done in the morning before a warm bath.

All these should be tailored to your constitution and current health status. If the fissure doesn’t start to heal with these measures, a consulation with an Ayurvedic practitioner or proctologist should be considered, to explore more extensive treatments. Prioritize healing with gentle, sustainable changes rather than extreme measures.
