दाएं नाक में अक्सर दिन में बंद रहती है, लेकिन रात में खुल जाती है। ईएनटी ने मुझे बताया कि मुझे ईटीडी है। यह डेढ़ महीने से हो रहा है। दूध, दही और बीफ के सेवन से मेरे बाएं हाथ पर एलर्जी देखी गई थी। मैंने इन्हें छोड़ दिया है। अब त्वचा की समस्याएं खत्म हो गई हैं। कभी-कभी हल्का कान बंद हो जाता है (अधिकतर दायां कान); दिन में खराब होता है, रात में ठीक हो जाता है। मैं 45 साल का पुरुष हूं। मेरा गला और नाक में म्यूकस है।

3. Pranayama: Practice gentle breathing exercises such as Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) to support respiratory health and maintain energy balance. Execute this practice daily in a calm setting, prefereably after sunrise or before sunset.
