Stay hydrated with cooling fluids like coconut water.

3. Routine & Lifestyle Changes: Maintain a consistent daily routine. Regular sleep pattern, planned mealtimes, and moderate exercise like yoga or brisk walking help stabilize doshas. Consider deep breathing exercises or pranayama, particularly anulom-vilom, for calming nervous system. Practice twice daily for around 10 minutes.

4. Nasya Therapy: Use Anu Taila (medicated oil) for nasal administration. Put 2-3 drops in each nostril in the morning. It balances vata and strengthens the nervous system, thus helping to reduce cravings. Do this under the guidance of a practitioner.

5. Professional Support: Seeking help from a qualified Ayurvedic doctor can be beneficial. They might recommend personalized formulations or therapies like Shirodhara, which deeply relaxes the mind.
