Mahamanjisthadi kwath 30ml with 30 ml water twice a day after meal 4.Apply Jeevanthyadi yamakam ointment on skin twice daily. 5. Apply Aloe vera gel after cleaning the skin.
Follow these - 1. Adequate amount of water 2. Eat antioxidant rich food like amla, beans, green tea, spinach etc 3. Clean your towel and pillowcase every week. 4.Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling etc. 5.Protect skin from sun,dirt,pollution,sudden temperature changes.
