Consider taking triphala churna — one teaspoon with warm water, before bed, supports detoxification and regularizes bowel movements. Begin your morning with a glass of warm water mixed with a bit of lemon juice and honey, to get the digestive system going.

Dietary modifications are crucial. Increase intake of high-fiber foods such as green leafy vegetables, whole grains, and fruits. Avoid processed and spicy foods, as they can lead to further irritation. And try to foster a routine that includes regular meal timings — this helps in stabilizing Vata.

Yoga practices like Pawanmuktasana can also help improve digestion and relieve constipation by stimulating digestion and the digestive organs. Practicing at least 10-15 minutes after awaking might show beneficial results.

If symptoms persist despite these changes, or worsen, consulting a healthcare professional might be necessary, as severe cases might need more targeted medical interventions. Avoid delaying professional medical help if the condition seems to escalate.
