Aankhon ki allergi ka itne lambe samay tak chale jaana kai samasyaon ka sanket ho sakta hai, aur ise sahi karne ke liye vyapak aur vyaktigat upchar ki zarurat ho sakti hai. Siddha-Ayurveda ke anusaar, yeh samasya vaakilya pata dosh or pitta dosh ka asantulan ho sakti hai. Aapko sabse pehle apni diet aur jeevan shailee par dhyaan dena hoga.
1. Ahaar ke Prabandhan: Apni diet se tej masale, dahi, tamatar, aur sour cheezen nikal dein. Yeh pitta ko sthir karne mein madad kar sakta hai. Har din sabz sabziyon aur phalon ka vahan karein, jo pitta aur vaat ko santulit karte hain.
2. Ghee Aur Nasya: Pairon talwon par sone se pehle ghee lagaayein aur 2-3 boond ghee naak mein nasya ke roop me dalein. Yeh vaat ka sam rog rokne mein help karega, jo aankhon ki swasthata ke liye mahatvapurna hai.
3. Triphala Prakshalan: Raat ko thode paani mein Triphala choorn bhigoein, subah ise chhankar us paani se aankhein dhoen. Yeh nirmal karne ka ek accha tareeqa hai.
4. Shedo-Snehan: Thodi si elaichi aur gaay ka ghee mila kar aamle ka ras piyein, jo vaat aur pitta ko santulit karta hai aur aapki aankho ki sujhav ko kam kar sakta hai.
5. Chikitsa: Agar yeh upchaar kaam nahi karte hain, to aapko ek aacharya vaidhya ke paas ja kar apni pusht ka chura (pulses) sampurn check-up karana hoga. Kabhi-kabhi deeper chikitsa ki zarurat hoti hai.
Yaad rahe, agar aanke is dauraan severe redness, daard ya light sensitivity ho, turat allopathic chikitsa karna anivarya ho sakta hai, isse ansunna na karein. Ayurveda tab hi protikarya karega jab aap samyak sahita treatment lenge.
