2020 में मुझे अल्सर की समस्या थी लेकिन मैंने उसका इलाज करवाया। अब मुझे मसालेदार खाने से समस्या होती है, जो खाने के तुरंत बाद मेरे पेट को परेशान करता है और बाद में मेरे आंतों में दर्द और वॉशरूम जाने का दबाव महसूस होता है। मैं बेलगिरी पाउडर दिन में तीन बार ले रहा हूँ और कुटंघन वटी भी ले रहा हूँ, साथ ही आयुर्वेद वेद द्वारा तैयार वजन बढ़ाने वाला पाउडर भी ले रहा हूँ।

Hello, Please continue the medications by your ayurveda vaidya. They are good. But my suggestion would be as you know the cause as much as avoid spicy food for 6 months completely ,so that stomach gets time to get healed. And also start taking one cup of yastimadhu milk decoction as the first food in the morning. After 45 minutes please eat an apple which is peeled and cooked. 45 minutes after apple you can have your regular breakfast. Take care, Kind regards.

Your current regimen with belgiri powder is beneficial as it helps cool the gut lining, but ensure you’re not taking excessive amounts. Moderation is key. Kutajghan vati is excellent for balancing Pitta and Kapha, but verify that it aligns well with any current medications.

For regularizing the digestive fire, you might consider taking a pinch of cumin and coriander seeds, boil them in water and drink this after meals. It soothes the digestive tract and helps balance the pitta without adding extra heat.

Additionally, be mindful of your meal timings, ensuring you eat at regular intervals without long gaps, to maintain consistency in your digestive process. If you’re taking weight gain supplements, make sure they are not heat-inducing or oily, as these can aggravate pitta further. Always discuss with your Ayurveda Ved any adjustments that align with your prakriti (constitution) and current health condition.
