डॉक्टर साहब, मैं पिछले दो साल से डबल विजन की समस्या से जूझ रहा हूँ। मैंने एम्स दिल्ली जैसे कई अस्पतालों का दौरा किया, लेकिन मुझे कोई खास फायदा नहीं हुआ। कृपया मुझे सलाह दें।

You may start internal support with Amlaki rasayana one teaspoon once daily after breakfast with lukewarm water

Saptamrith lauh one tablet twice daily after food

Mahatriphaladi gritha half teaspoon at night with warm milk or warm water

Isotine eye drops two drops in each eye twice daily preferably morning and night

Do trataka for fifteen minutes daily Sit comfortably and first move your eyes upward ,downward ,left ,right and diagonally. Each movement should be repeated ten times slowly without strain, After this rub your palms together until they become warm and place them over closed eyes for few seconds Then blink your eyes ten times squeeze and release the eyes,twenty times without force, After that gaze at a candle flame placed ten feet away for as long as comfortable. Again warm your palms and place them over closed eyes. After this massage the face using the tips of your fingers Start from below the eyes and move outward then cover the cheeks forehead temples and entire face with light circular movements.

Practice prana mudra daily for fifteen minutes preferably in the morning Simple yoga postures that relax the neck shoulders and spine are helpful as eye nerves are closely connected to these areas

Apply orange colour on both index fingers on the second crease like a ring and keep it for four hours daily This colour application helps stimulate eye related energy points

Include green leafy vegetables carrots pumpkin ,beetroot ,amla soaked almonds ,cow ghee and seasonal fruits. Drink enough warm water Avoid excessive screen time late nights spicy fried food smoking and stress

Regular practice for three to six months is usually required to notice changes
