मेरी उम्र के चालीस और पचास के दशक में मेरी दोनों आँखों में मैक्युलर होल्स हो गए थे। मेरी सफल सर्जरी हुई थी और हाल ही में मुझे फिर से यह समस्या होने की जानकारी मिली है। मैं ऑपरेशन के लिए वेटिंग लिस्ट में हूँ। मैक्युलर होल को कैसे रोका जा सकता है और अगर यह हो जाए तो इसके इलाज/रोकथाम के तरीके क्या हैं? धन्यवाद।
