यह लक्षण तनाव, चिंता और कमजोरी से जुड़े लगते हैं। पहले एक बार मनोचिकित्सक/न्यूरोलॉजिस्ट से जांच भी कराएं। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार (2–3 महीने) Ashwagandha Churna 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ। Brahmi Vati 1 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन बाद। Saraswatarishta 15 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर रात भोजन बाद। नींद के लिए सिर में ब्राह्मी तेल या तिल तेल की मालिश रात को करें। परहेज मोबाइल/चाय-कॉफी रात में कम करें देर रात जागना बंद करें रोज 20 मिनट टहलना और प्राणायाम करें
