मरीज को मस्तिष्क की चोट के कारण कार्डियक अरेस्ट हुआ है। द्विपक्षीय फ्रंटल, टेम्पोरोपैरिएटल और ऑक्सिपिटल कॉर्टेक्स में व्यापक गाइरिफॉर्म क्षेत्रों में प्रतिबंधित डिफ्यूजन है, जिससे आसपास के सल्काई का प्रभाव कम हो गया है और ADC में गिरावट देखी गई है। इसके साथ ही द्विपक्षीय लेंटिफॉर्म नाभिक, कॉडेट नाभिक के सिर और संबंधित हल्की ADC गिरावट में सूक्ष्म प्रतिबंधित डिफ्यूजन देखा गया है - जो तीव्र हाइपोक्सिक चोट का संकेत देता है। व्यापक सेरेब्रल एडिमा है। कोई महत्वपूर्ण मास प्रभाव या मध्य रेखा के शिफ्ट का सबूत नहीं है। हाइड्रोसेफालस का कोई सबूत नहीं है।

Current focus is:
Maintaining oxygen and blood circulation
Control of brain swelling
ICU/neurology and critical care management
Monitoring recovery of brain function and vital organs
Ayurvedic medicines are not appropriate at this acute stage and should not delay emergency treatment.
