Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

My way of working isn’t about chasing symptoms. I try to understand what’s really going on underneath—it’s like the root cause matters more than just quieting the noise. I use classical Ayurvedic principles but I also keep an eye on modern clinical understanding, ‘cause you can’t ignore how medicine’s growing every day, right? Most of my cases come in with problems like skin conditions—psoriasis, eczema, sometimes hormonal stuff like PCOS or thyroid weirdness, joint stiffness, back pains, post-stroke situations, or nervous system setbacks that need slow but steady support. And for all that, I plan treatment around them, not some fixed protocol. Which means a mix of herbs, Panchakarma detox when needed, food tweaks, even small shifts in daily routine… all matching their prakriti and vikriti. I also do online consults 'cause a lot of folks don't always get to travel or access real Ayurveda nearby. I just feel like everyone should have a shot at natural healing, even if it's through a screen. One thing I try hard to never skip: listening. Really listening to people. Sometimes they don’t even know how to say what's wrong, but they feel it—and that matters. For me, trust is the main pillar, and treatment flows from there. Ayurveda for me isn’t a toolkit or a clinic-only thing. It’s like—how you eat, sleep, breathe, connect with seasons or stress. It’s everywhere. And everytime someone walks in confused, tired or just stuck with some health loop, my aim is to sit beside them—not ahead—and figure the way out together. Not fast fixes, but deep, steady change. That's what I show up for every single time.
