For the past year, I’ve been struggling with anxiety that seems to hit me out of nowhere. It often starts with a racing heartbeat, followed by dizziness and this overwhelming sense of fear. I’ve had panic attacks at work, and it’s really affecting my daily life. My doctor prescribed anti-anxiety meds, but I don’t want to rely on pills forever. I’ve been reading about Ayurvedic approaches and how they might offer a more natural, holistic treatment. I came across herbs like Ashwagandha, Brahmi, and Jatamansi that are said to help calm the mind and reduce stress. Has anyone tried these or undergone any Ayurvedic therapies like Shirodhara for anxiety relief? Also, should I be following a specific diet or routine to balance the mind according to Ayurveda?
