Estimados, buenas tardes soy mujer de 55 con síntomas de menopausia no como frituras ni gaseosas ni sal muy sana, pero hay ocasiones ajenas a mi voluntad he consumido cosas con sal lo que me provoca a los 2 días que las venas de mis extremidades se inflamen no todas algunos sectores y eso provoca un dolor como fractura y un calor intenso en la zona debo estar en constante movimiento para que mi sangra fluya y aliviar el dolor y haciendo un detox mayormente mi tema es circulatorio soy hipertensa muy delgada y deje de tomar atorvastatina me hacía sentir mal..mi sangre es la densa que puedo hacer? Gracias
