Seeking Permanent Solution for Eye Cholesterol Patch - #46666

There is a patch above my eyes, which is called eye cholesterol, and despite many treatments, there has been no significant improvement. It was removed once with laser treatment, but it keeps coming back. Is there any permanent solution for this?
