Is it safe to take ashwagandha at night while on eltroxin? - #46673

Is ashwagandha in night safe for consumption 3times a week if 100mg eltroxin is regular for morning. Mainly i need to manage and overthinking which has bit worsened due to abusive marriage which is being already under trial in court.
