Help for My Mother's Blocked Ear and Hearing Issues - #46640

My mother's ear is blocked, it always gets in winters, she has now difficulty in hearing and also can hear heartbeats inside which is irritating, she also have allergic asthma, grade 4 fatty liver, type 2 diabetes for reference. She cannot consume garam chize nor thandi chize, both causing issues Help please
