I’ve been experiencing irregular periods, mood swings, and low energy levels for a while now. I feel like my body is out of balance, and I want to find a natural way to restore my health. I started researching Ayurveda for women, and I found that Ayurveda offers holistic solutions for hormonal balance, fertility, skin health, and overall well-being. From what I’ve read, Ayurveda uses herbs like Shatavari, Ashwagandha, Lodhra, and Triphala to support women’s health at different stages—whether it’s menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause.
