Lately, my mind’s just not been working right. Like, I forget things mid-conversation, can’t focus for more than a few minutes, and sometimes, I even mix up words while talking. At first, I thought it was just stress - work’s been hectic, and I haven't been sleeping well. But then I started getting these random headaches, and my vision gets blurry at times. It’s honestly getting scary. I told my family about it, and my mom immediately said I should see a brain doctor. She’s convinced something serious is going on, but I don’t wanna rush into taking heavy meds or anything like that. I also read online that neurological issues can be caused by lifestyle and diet, so maybe that’s a factor? I eat a lot of processed food, barely drink water, and let’s just say my sleep schedule is a complete mess. Maybe all this is messing with my brain?
