Your symptoms of restlessness in legs, suggest a possible Vata-Pitta imbalance, where excess heat in summer may be aggravating nerve sensitivity and circulation issues in your legs. Do you also experience dryness, burning sensation, or cramps? Does walking or massaging the legs give relief? Have you noticed if certain foods, like spicy or salty items, make the pain worse? To balance Vata and Pitta, apply Dhanwantharam Taila or Balashwagandhadi Taila warm oil on your legs before bed, followed by a gentle massage. Soak your feet in lukewarm water with rock salt for 10 minutes before sleeping. Take Vidaryadi Leham with warm milk at night to strengthen muscles along with Cap Palsinuron 2 caps at night. Avoid excess spicy, fried, or salty foods during summer. If the pain persists, Ayurvedic detox (Panchakarma) may help.
