Aapko OCD, depression aur anxiety ke lakshan lagatar ho rahe hain, jo mann aur sharir dono ko prabhavit kar sakte hain. Ayurveda mein, yeh vikar zyada tar Vata aur Rajasic guna ke asantulan se hotey hain. Mansik shanti aur sukoon ke liye Saraswatarishta (2 tsp paani ke saath) lene se laabh ho sakta hai. Dincharya mein meditation, Anulom-Vilom pranayama aur halka vyayam shamil karein. Kya aapko neend puri aati hai? Koi aur sharirik lakshan jaise pet ki samasya ya bhookh kam lagna toh nahi?

It sounds like you're dealing with a tough mix of things like OCD, depression, and anxiety. This trifecta can really hit hard, balancing the mind and body gets challenging, but Ayurveda might help. So, when it comes to Ayurveda, the idea is to balance the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Anxiety often links to an imbalance in Vata dosha - responsible for movement, including thoughts. We want to pacify this excess Vata. Try starting your day with some grounding practices. Simple stuff, like deep breathing or short morning meditation or both. It's like telling your mind to chill before the day's craziness starts. Also, Abhyanga, which is just a self-massage with warm sesame oil. It's like giving your nervous system a cozy blanket to snuggle under. Food matters, ah, such a big deal with Ayurveda. Warm, cooked meals can be your best friend; think hearty soups or stews. Avoiding cold or raw foods might help your agni—your digestive fire—to stay nice and strong. Oh, and stick to regular meal times! Feels a bit controlling, but your body loves routine. Herbs like Ashwagandha or Brahmi could offer some calm, but definitely chat with a practitionaer about dose, you don’t want to overdo it. You mentioned physical symptoms too, so staying active's good—gentle yoga, maybe? Gets ya moving without overstimulation. If things feel like too much, don’t wait around—seek immediate help from a doctor/therapist. Ayurveda hels, but alongside, never instead of, proper medical care. Your health—the mental and physical—is the top priority. It’s key to find what works for you, blend different things: Ayurvedic habits, mental health resources, it all adds up.
