Recently, I started noticing that my Adam’s apple is more prominent than before, and I became curious about what it actually means from a health perspective. I understand that it is part of the larynx and is more noticeable in men, but is there any Ayurvedic significance to the Adam’s apple meaning? I also feel like my throat is more sensitive these days. Sometimes, I feel mild discomfort when swallowing, and I experience occasional dryness in my throat, especially in the mornings. Could this be related to my Adam’s apple, or is this a separate issue? Does Ayurveda associate throat health with the prominence of the Adam’s apple? Another thing I am wondering about is voice changes. I’ve read that the Adam’s apple plays a role in voice modulation.
