To better understand your situation, could you please share more about your menstrual cycle, any other medical conditions you might have, and the exact nature of the cyst (its size, type, and location)? Have you had any hormone level tests or ultrasounds to evaluate the cyst and overall reproductive health? It would also be helpful to know if you have experienced any other symptoms, like pain or irregular periods, which might indicate an underlying issue. From an Ayurvedic perspective, fertility issues can stem from imbalances in Vata (which governs the reproductive system) and Kapha (which governs nourishment and tissue formation). The presence of cysts could be linked to Ama (toxins) in the body, which may obstruct the flow of energy and impair reproductive function. For improving fertility, Ayurveda suggests Balancing Vata and Kapha with herbal remedies such as Ashwagandha (for vitality and hormone balance), Shatavari (to nourish the female reproductive system), and Aloe Vera (to promote overall well-being and support the digestive system). A Triphala detox can help clear any accumulated toxins and balance hormones. Regular practice of Yoga (specifically poses for the pelvic region like Baddha Konasana and Supta Baddha Konasana) and maintaining a stress-free lifestyle is also essential. For cysts, Guggulu and Kanchanar Guggulu are commonly used in Ayurveda to help reduce growth and support the body’s natural healing processes. Following a Kapha-pacifying diet—which is light, warm, and nourishing—along with staying hydrated and avoiding processed foods, is also recommended for overall reproductive health.

You've got quite a journey you're on and sounds like you're really dedicated to finding a solution. Sometimes, patience and persistence can play a huge part in the process, but I get it's tough. The fact that both tubes are open and the eggs are sizing well and rupturing is good news. With the cyst thing though, it can be a bit of a bump in the road. According to Ayurveda, it's important to balance your doshas (vata, pitta, kapha) to promote fertility. Sometimes hormonal imbalances or cysts can be related to a kapha or vata imbalance. Just something to keep in mind, not implying that's your case but worth considering. Diet-wise, keep up with warm and cooked foods — think like soups, stews, and avoid cold and raw stuff as much as possible. Try including spices like cumin, fennel, and turmeric which can help digestion and balance the doshas. Maybe look into a detox for the reproductive system - Panchakarma therapies, like basti or virechana, can sometimes help in clearing blockages or cysts. But, do this under guidance of a qualified practitioner. Have you tried shatavari? It's an Ayurvedic herb that often supports reproductive health, could be worth talking to your doctor about it. And daily relaxation practices like yoga nidra, pranayam, or meditation might help to calm the mind and body. Not to forget that stress can sneakily affect fertility. But just don't lose hope, you're doing the right things. Sometimes, what our heart yearns for takes a little more time and a bit of patience. Keep checking with your doctor to decide the best steps forward, specially with regards to the cyst you're seeing. Also, make sure any treatments you try are safe for you.
