I’ve been struggling with weight gain for the last two years, especially around my abdomen. I’ve tried various diets and exercises, but nothing seems to give long-term results. Recently, I was diagnosed with PCOS, which I believe is making it harder to shed the extra weight. My Ayurvedic practitioner suggested Medohar Guggulu, saying it helps not only with weight loss but also with balancing hormones naturally. Before I start taking it, I want to know if anyone here has used Medohar Guggulu for similar issues. How effective was it for weight management, and did it help regulate hormonal imbalances?
