—Since your hormonal levels are now balanced, new hair growth may slow down over the next 3–6 months. However, the existing thick facial hair will not disappear on its own and will need treatment like laser or electrolysis for long-term reduction. Temporary methods like threading or shaving can be used meanwhile. If hair continues to increase, we may need to reassess for conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome., thyroid profile also —Rx: 1)Shatavari Churna – 3 g Twice daily with lukewarm milk after food 2)Ashokarishta – 15 ml Twice daily with equal water after meals 3)Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tablets Twice daily after food 4)Triphala Churna – 3 g At bedtime with warm water —External: Turmeric + Besan lepa on affected area, 3 times weekly Avoid chemical depilatories if skin is dry —Pathya (Advice): Avoid excess sugar, dairy, fried foods Regular exercise / Yoga (Surya Namaskar) Stress management & adequate sleep —Review after: 6–8 weeks

Hello Thank you explaining vlearly You had hormonal imbalance earlier, correctes with shatavari But now you are having -facial hair growth -Thigh hair growth -Dry skin WHY HAIR IS STILL PRESENT EVEN AFTER Hormones ARE BALANCED? Excess hair growth happens due to - Past androgen level - PCOS - genetic sensitivity Even if your hormones are corrected The hair that has already been converted into terminal thick hair will not completely disappear Hormones control new growth not already matured hair roots So we will focus on - Preventing further thickening -Slowing new growth -Gradually weakening existing hair AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT 👉For Androgen modulation Chandraprabha vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Supports hormonal balance 👉For pitta - Rakta symptoms Manjistha churna 1/2 tsp with warm water at bed time Improves skin tone and reduces unwanted hair tendency 👉If mild PCOS Tendency exists Kanchanar guggulu 1 tablet twice daily Helps glandular and metabolic regulation EXTERNAL APPLICATION ** Turmeric + besan paste** apply 3 times a week Let dry and scrub gently Papaya + Turmeric weekly once Breaks hair follicles mildly over time For dry skin Apply cold pressed sesame oil massage before bath This balances vata and prevents irritation IN DIET Include more of - warm water -Flax seeds -Green leafy vegetables -Spearmint tea reduces mild androgen effect, You have already corrected hormones this is very good foundation Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

HELLO, Excessive facial and thigh hair growth after hormonal imbalance is called Urdhava and Adho Asthana ativriddhha Roma in Ayurvedic view commonly correlated with Hirsutism. Since you’ve corrected the hormonal imbalance with shatavari, now the focus should be on -removing existing excess hair -preventing further growth -correctin residual pitta-kapha imbalance -imroving rakta and artava Dhatu balance Because you have dry skin, treatment must avoid overly drying therapies INTERNAL MANAGEMENT 3 months 1) BLOOD AND PITTA PACIFICATION -Manjistha churna= 1/2 tsp twice daily with warm water -Neem tablets= 1 tab twice daily after meals -Sarivadyasava= 15ml + equal water twice daily after meals These purify blood and reduce unwanted follicular stimulation 2) KAPHA-MEDO REGULATION -Triphala churna= 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water =important for hormonal clearance -Guduchi satva= 500mg with warm water after lunch This prevents recurrence IF MILD PCOS TENDENCY REMAINS -KANCHANAR GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals only if irregular cycles, weight gain , acne present EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT 1) TURMERIC-BESAN LEPA -mix besan Kasturi turmeric a little raw milk or rose water for dry skin Apply opposite to hair growth direction Leave 20-30 mins -rub off gently Do 3-4 times /week Over 3-4 months it weakens follicles 2) TANKAN + TURMERIC PASTE Very effective traditional hair reducing application 3) PAPAYA + TURMERIC MASSAGE weekly -reduce density gradually OIL FOR DRY SKIN IMPORTANT Since your skin is dry, apply -Kumkumadi taila 2-3 drops face at night -Light sesame oil massage twice weekly Dryness increases vata-> which may paradoxically stimulate abnormal hair cycles DIET -warm water daily -leafy greens -pomegranate -amla -barley -horse gram AVOID -excess dairy -sugar -fried fods -soy excess -red meat LIFESTYLE -30 min brisk walking -surya namaskar 12 rounds -sheetali pranayam reduces pitta -adequate sleep before 10:30 pm HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? -New hair growth reduction= 3months -visible thinning= 4-6 months -significant control= 6-9 months Existing thick hair may require -threading/ laser/waxing initially Ayurveda mainly prevents regrowth and reduces thickness IMPORTANT NOTE Complete permanent removal naturally is slow Ayurveda focuses on -correcting root imbalance -reducing recurrence -making hair thinner and slower growing DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Already existing terminal (thick/dark) hairs will not vanish naturally or with internal medicines alone. Permanent reduction requires physical removal methods + supportive care to prevent recurrence & soothe dry skin. 1. Permanent / long-term reduction (gold standard) Laser hair removal 2. Home/natural removal & slowing regrowth (while waiting for laser) Turmeric + besan + milk/curd paste – apply on face/thighs 3–4×/week (15 min) → gently rub off (slows growth, lightens hair) Papaya + turmeric mask – ripe papaya mashed + ½ tsp turmeric, apply 15 min 3×/week (papain weakens roots) Sugaring (homemade sugar-lemon wax) – every 3–4 weeks (less irritating than waxing for dry skin) 3. Internal & topical support (prevent recurrence + nourish dry skin) Continue Shatavari – 3–5 g night with warm milk + ½ tsp ghee (maintains balance) Manjishtha powder – 1–2 g night with water (blood purifier, reduces hirsutism tendency) Kumkumadi Tailam – 3–4 drops on face + neck nightly (light massage) → excellent for dryness, wrinkles & hair lightening Aloe vera gel (pure) – apply morning & night on face/thighs (hydrates + soothes) ✓Daily skincare for dry skin Wash face with lukewarm water + mild herbal cleanser Sunscreen SPF 30+ every morning (prevents darkening of facial hair/skin) Avoid hot water showers on face/thighs Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
