Hi Tushar, It seems like your body is experiencing multiple imbalances. To better understand and address your concerns, I’d ask: Have you noticed any particular foods that trigger your symptoms more than others, like dairy, fried foods, or processed foods? How is your stress level and sleep quality, as these can greatly affect both digestion and sexual health? In Ayurveda, your symptoms may indicate an imbalance in your digestive system (Agni) and a disruption in your vital energy (Ojas). Herbs like Triphala and Ashwagandha can help restore digestion and vitality.

It sounds like your digestive and sexual challenges are really connected, and not being able to enjoy food or feel confident in sexual health can be quite frustrating. From an Ayurvedic perspective, these issues seem a lot like they stem from an imbalance of doshas, primarily aggravated Pitta (fire element) contributing to acidity and inflammation, and perhaps Vata (air and space elements) affecting your nerves and energy. First off, digestion and acidity. Your Agni, or digestive fire, is probably too intense and irregular. Eating cooling foods could help — think about including cucumber, zucchini, and coconut water in your diet. Avoid spicy, oily, and overly sour stuff as much as you can. Try taking two spoons of aloe vera juice with a pinch of ginger powder daily, just before meals. For fungal skin infections, maybe consider an external application of neem oil, known for its antifungal properties. Just make sure to do a patch test first, you know, to avoid further irritation. Now, as for the sexual health bit. Stress, poor diet, anxiety — they’re possible culprits disrupting Vata in your body. It's a domino effect in a way. Ashwagandha could be really useful here. It’s an adaptogen that can balance hormones and boost libido. Try 1-2 grams of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk at night. Daily habits count too. Breathing exercises, or pranayama, might help center your mind and reset the scattered Vata energy. Nadi shodhana or alternate nostril breathing, for instance, done for about 10 minutes each morning, could steadily restore balance. Give yourself time, and be consistent. If symptoms worsen or persist, do seek personalized advice from a healthcare provider, you know, just to have someone see the whole picture directly. But with patience, I hope you find relief and rediscover the joy in simple things like flavorful food and intimacy.
