Hi Rampal, Thank you for sharing this detailed information. 1. How is your digestion overall—do you feel bloated, or have you noticed any food intolerances apart from beans, tomatoes, or onions? 2. Do you experience any stress or anxiety, especially related to your UPSC preparations? 3. Are you feeling any weakness or pain in the abdominal area, or is there any history of acidity or gas problems before these symptoms started?

First of all, I can totally see why this is concerning and frustrating for you. Sometimes, all this abnormal stomach stuff can be your body's way of telling you something's off with your digestion. According to Ayurveda, the frequent burping, stomach sounds, and undigested food in stool are signs of improper digestion or weak agni (digestive fire). This can mean vitiated Vata or maybe even a bit of Pitta dosha imbalance. So let's dive, straight into some practical tips. First thing, try starting your day with a glass of warm water with a slice of ginger. It's simple but can help kick start your agni. Avoid raw veggies for a while; they can be hard to digest. Instead, go for cooked, warm meals that are easier on your stomach—think khichdi or dal soup. Stay clear of overly spicy, sour or oily foods, as they may aggravate your condition. Since you're mentioning light sleep and weight loss, that can be indicative of a Vata imbalance too. Try to stick to a routine with regular meal times and sleep. Doing some yoga or light walking daily can help balance Vata and settle your mind a bit. Also, consider tackling stress, especially given your background as a UPSC aspirant (I can only imagine the pressure!). Maybe bring in some daily meditation, just 5 or 10 minutes in the morning or evening? And hey, triphala powder before bed with warm water could help regulate bowels, improving digestión over time. Don't stop those probiotics; they might need time to show their benefit. Honestly, if things don't improve or worsen, really consider another visit to your doctor to check things out again. It's important to be careful and keep track of any worrying changes. Remember, it's all about balance or getting back to it!
