Based on your symptoms, it appears that you are experiencing anxiety, which is affecting your gut health. The first step is to identify the root cause of your anxiety—whether it's work-related stress, family issues, or something else. I’m prescribing you some Ayurvedic medications that can help manage your condition. However, it's important to understand that long-term relief can only be achieved by addressing the underlying cause of your stress and anxiety. Rx. 1. Stresscom tablet – 1 tablet twice daily 2. Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet twice daily 3. Alserex – 1 tablet twice daily 4. Avipattikar Churna – ½ teaspoon on an empty stomach

Breathing difficulties jo aap experience kar rahe hain, ye isliye bhi ho sakta hai kyonki aapke acid reflux symptoms directly heartburn nahi create kar rahe, lekin phir bhi respiratory issue trigger kar rahe hai. Ayurveda mein, ye problem 'Amla Pitta' yani acidity imbalance ki wajah se ya phir Prana Vata imbalance se ho sakta hai. Pehla step hamesha aapki Agni ko balance karna hai. Chutki bhar hing aur sauth apni dal mein milakar bhi khana post-digestion sahemi warn jaldi absorb hone mein madad karta hai. Din bhar mein zyada paani piyein lekin khude samay pe nahi. Lukewarm water piyein, jo apke digestive system ko aid karega. Next, apni lifestyle mein adjustments important hai. Acche se 7-8 ghanta neend lena zaroori hai aur din ki shuruat pranayama ya deep breathing exercises se karna, jitna ho sake tension low rakhne ki koshish karein. Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari pranayama directly Prana Vata ko balance karne mein helpful hai, inko dheere-dheere aapne routine mein shamil karein. Stress management bhi integral part hai. Meditation aur dhyan kiya ja sakta hai. Ashwagandha ya Brahmi ka regular sevan bhi stress ko handle karne mein helpful ho sakta hai, lekin yeh sirf tab jab aapke pehle se chal rahe medication ke sath compatible ho. Hamisha pehle doctor se consult karein before adding any new herb. Agar symptoms persist karte hain, to yeh essential hai ke aap kisi experienced Ayurvedic practitioner ya allopathic physician ke paas jayein for further evaluation. Safety aur samay pe treatment lena first priority honi chahiye.
