It sounds like you’re experiencing a range of physical and sensory symptoms that might be interconnected. From an Ayurvedic perspective, these issues could be linked to an imbalance of the doshas, particularly Vata imbalance, which affects the nervous system and is responsible for movement and sensation throughout the body.

To start addressing the lack of sensual feeling and other symptoms, it’s key to focus on balancing Vata. Here’s what you might consider:

1. Dietary Changes: Opt for warm, moist, and nourishing foods. Incorporate ghee, organic oils, and warm spices like ginger and turmeric into your meals to help lubricate the body and soothe the nervous system. Avoid dry, cold, and raw foods that may exacerbate Vata.

2. Lifestyle and Routine: Establish a regular daily routine. Aim to wake up and go to sleep at the same time each day to align your body’s internal clock. Gentle yoga, especially poses that ground you, like child’s pose or mountain pose, might help stabilize Vata.

3. Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Self-massage with sesame oil can nourish the nervous system. Perform this in the morning or before a warm shower, focusing especially on areas where tingling or burning is present.

4. Herbal Support: Ashwagandha or Shatavari can be supportive for the nervous system and promoting vitality. It’s best to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized dosage and usage.

5. Breathing and Meditation: Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation can calm an overactive mind and help you reconnect with your body’s sensations. Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) could be especially beneficial.

However, due to the diverse nature of your symptoms, including the loss of sensation and vision issues, it’s important to also seek medical attention promptly to rule out any serious underlying conditions. This balance of seeking conventional medical evaluation alongside Ayurvedic practices ensures a comprehensive approach to your health. Prioritize your well-being and don’t delay seeking a medical professional to understand these issues more thoroughly.
