Madam, but I had the symptoms about 2 years before of my child born.
You said that recently you are expierencing mood swings,so I thought it might be postpartum depression, It’s ok, until unless it’s invietable, better to avoid medicines during breast feed

Navigating emotional and physical challenges during breastfeeding can be difficult, and it seems like you're experiencing some signs that we should look into adopting a nurturing, balanced Ayurvedic approach for support. Your symptoms suggest Vata and possibly Pitta imbalance, manifesting as stress, fatigue, and tension. For immediate relief and balance, consider Ashwagandha. It's a powerful adaptogen that supports reducing stress and anxiety, while also boosting energy and stamina. However, since you are breastfeeding, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider to confirm its suitability or dosage. Focus also on your daily diet. Incorporate more grounding foods like whole grains (think rice or oats), along with warm, cooked vegetables like carrots and beets. These foods balance Vata and provide the warmth and nourishment needed. Avoid processed, excessively spiced or sour foods, as they might agitate your dosha balance further. Simultaneously, include ghee in your diet, adding a teaspoon to your meals, can soothe your nervous system. Turmeric, another potent herb in Ayurveda, can help to enhance mood and support your energy levels if used moderately. Exercise wisely—gentle yoga or daily walks under sunlight can uplift your mood and enhance restful sleep. Additionally, establishing a regular sleep routine with a calming herbal tea (like chamomile) before bed could help enhance sleep quality. Don't hesitate to reach out for professional help if these feelings persist or intensify. Your well-being is important, and combining Ayurveda with professional counseling when necessary can offer comprehensive support. Remember, taking small steps can contribute to restoring balance and well-being during this phase.
