I have undergone 4 ivf with both one egg and donor egg but all of it failed. My AMH is 0.34 and periods come only when I take regular medicine. Can I get pregnant now naturally?

Considering the situation you’re facing, you may find it quite challenging to conceive naturally—especially with the conditions of endometriosis and tubal blockage, in addition to low AMH levels and age. From an Ayurvedic perspective, though, it’s important to understand the balance of your doshas, mainly the Vata dosha, which could be disrupted by these conditions.
We’d typically focus on nourishing the Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissues) and balancing the Vata dosha. Even if conceiving naturally seems difficult, Ayurveda offers ways to enhance your reproductive health mightily and overall well-being.
Start by focusing on a consistent daily routine for your health. Incorporating a diet rich in fresh, organic foods that nourish the body, like sattvic foods - ghee, milk, fruits, and nuts - could be a wonderful starting point. Addressing digestive fire or “agni” is critical; include spices such as ginger, cumin, and turmeric in your meals. Avoid processed foods and excessive caffeine, as they might disturb the doshas.
Stress and mental health, there’s key in Ayurveda, to the balance of your entire being. Incorporate daily practices like yoga and meditation to calm the mind and body. Pranayama can also help manage stress levels and enhance the body’s natural healing abilities.
However, given the complexities and critical nature of your condition, it’s vital that you continue to seek guidance and support from qualified healthcare professionals, including specialists in reproductive health. While Ayurveda can offer ways to improve overall health, it’s essential not to delay or conflict with any medical treatment. Always collaborate closely with a physician to ensure your approach is comprehensive and safe for your situation.
