Improving stamina and sustaining strength in sexual activities can often be attributed to a balanced approach toward body and mind harmony. Now, moving on to lifestyle adjustments. Engage in regular exercise which helps harmonize the doshas and boost stamina, but avoid overexertion. Simple yoga poses like Vajrasana and Padmasana bring calmness to the mind. Meditate daily, it’s great for controlling excessive thinking that often leads to anxiety affecting stamina.

There is also much to say about herbs. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are potent herbs used in Ayurveda renowned for improving stamina and libido. Daily intake can be done by mixing a teaspoon of Ashwagandha in warm milk before bedtime. It works by reducing stress hormone levels and boosting energy.

Practice Pranayama such as Bhramari pranayama to calm your mind, and Anulom Vilom to balance the body’s energy channels. These practices can gradually improve your control and longevity.
