You’re mentioning weight — 50 kgs, that’s, hmm, that might not scream imbalance by itself, but let’s look at the bigger picture. Sometimes, with PCOD, it’s not just the number on the scale but how you’re carrying the weight. k? Fatty tissue can affect hormone levels too.

Diet is a big piece of this puzzle. Consider going back to the simple, warm, and fresh foods. Think whole grains, like quinoa and barley. They’re fantastic for balancing kapha and vata.
