Lately I just can’t keep my mind calm… All this tension building up between India and Pakistan is really messing with me. I started reading a lot about when will world war 3 start and end predictions astrology, almost like obsessively. Every time I open the news, it’s something worse — threats, military moves, just this heavy feeling that something big and bad is about to happen. I’ve had anxiety before, but it’s way worse now.
