Hello Dinky, since both husband & wife are having multiple issues related to conception, I would advise you to please go for a detailed consultation with me or any Ayurvedic physician who is expert in infertility as the treatment needs to be accurate and can go up to 6 months too!

Azoospermia and PCOD together complicate things a bit when you're trying to conceive, I hear you. With polycystic ovary disease (PCOD), balancing hormonal stuff is key, right? Now, letting Ayurveda work its magic on this can really make a difference when it comes to building that family you're dreaming of. For azoospermia, Ayurveda focuses on improving shukra dhatu—the reproductive tissues. Some herbal allies for this are Ashwagandha and Shatavari. Did you ever come across Kapikacchu? It's great for boosting sperm count too. Consider taking these herbs but, you know, it’s always a good idea to chat with a local Ayurvedic pro to get the specifics right and avoid any missteps. Can't ignore diet and lifestyle shifts—super critical. What's on your plate matters. Warm, easily digestible foods keep the digestive fire (agni) roaring strong. Think ghee, whole grains, cooked vegetables, and spices like cumin or fennel. Reduce cold and raw foods, and definitely steer clear of processed ones. A routine is comforting, ain't it? Wake up early and give yoga a shot—helps balance Vata and Kapha doshas involved in your condition. Pranayama, especially Nadi Shodhana—alternate nostril breathing—works wonders to calm the mind. You need stress to take a back seat because it totally messes with hormones. Warm sesame oil massage (abhyanga) a few times a week can improve circulation, not just mentally soothing but physically beneficial for reproductive areas. If nothing buds after trying these, please chat with a reproductive health expert. Sometimes medical interventions and Ayurvedic treatments coalesce well. Patience and consistency are your best friends on this journey. Already two years in, you two are doing great, so don’t lose the faith! 🌿
