I am really curious about the benefits of gram flour for face. Lately, I’ve been struggling with my skin and it's been sooo frustrating! So, I’ve read online about how gram flour is said to be beneficial – like, it can help with acne, brighten skin, and even remove excess oil. But honestly, I’m not really sure how to use it properly. I tried mixing some with yogurt and honey but didn't notice a huge difference after a week. My friends keep telling me that the benefits of gram flour for face really work, but I feel like I might be doing it wrong! Also, how often should I apply it? I’m just so confused if I’m overdoing it or underdoing it, you know? And I have sensitive skin, what if it irritates me? Do the benefits of gram flour for face apply to everyone?
