I am having seviour body pains after covid, and i had taken 3dosages of vaccine,. Which is covisheild. My parents struggling with knee pains and gastrointestinal problems.. Can you please guide us to remove inflation in body and suggest medicines for arthritis and resparities issues, gastric problems

Pls raise separate questions like for yours different and fathers and mothers different question First of all if I have to ask about you since how long you are having pain?? Is it general body ache or even joints are also associated along with pain any stiffness or any other symptoms Does the pain is continues or on and off?? Have you done any investigations related to this?? How is your bowel/food and sleep patterns are??

How old are your parents?? Knee pains both?? Have they done x rays?? Any illness for which they are taking medicines?? Gastrointestinal problem means like indigestion/ulcer/ gastritis??? Pls explain in detail so we can guide you properly

It can be managed and treated by Ayurvedic management+ life style routine and dietary modifications

For you I.e body pain post covid , kidney stone and back pain

Take this medications for minimum 3 months you will get 100% relief

1) Amruttotara kashaya- 10 ml with warm water twice a day after food 2)Rasnasaptaka kashaya - 15 ml with warm water twice a day after food 3)punarnavadi mandura - 2 tab twice a day after food 4) Gandharva haritaki churna - 1/2 tsp or 1 tsp with warm water before bed for milk laxative effect (if needed)

For kidney stone - you can take Varunadi Kashaya - 15 ml with warm water before food twice a day

For your parents - Knee pain, gastric problem and respiratory issue

Start with 1)Yogaraj guggulu- 2 tab twice daily for knee pain after food 2) Dashmula arista- 15ml with water twice a day daily after food - respiratory and pain support 3) Abhaya arista - 15’l with water twice a day daily before food- gut issues 4) trikatu churna- 1/2 tsp before meals with honey for proper digestion 5) shitopaladi churna- 1/2 tsp with honey daily two times a day for respiratory support
