I am seriously struggling with baldness and it’s been really make me self-conscious lately. I started looking into shilajit for baldness like everyone says it’s a miracle worker. My friends told me about it, and I’m honestly a bit skeptical, you know? I've tried all sorts of shampoos and oils, but nothing seems to do the trick. So, the other day, I found this article that claimed shilajit for baldness could help stimulate hair follicles. I mean, is there actually any truth to this? I’ve read that it’s packed with minerals and has amino acids, but does it really work? How should I use it? I want to get the best results! Plus, my scalp feels kinda itchy sometimes. Could shilajit for baldness even help with that? I just don’t want to waste my time or money again on yet another product that doesn’t deliver. Should I mix it with other oils or apply it just by itself? Really hope someone can shed some light on this for me!! The thought of going bald completely freaks me out, and I heard the longer someone waits, the worse it gets. Anyone had success with shilajit for baldness or have any recommendations? Thanks tons!!!
