With consistent lifestyle changes plus diet modification and internal medicine, you can see a positive result within few weeks
Morning, you can take CCF tea
Triphala churna- 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime
Hingwastaka churna- 1/2 tsp with warm water twice daily after meals
Chitrakadi vati- to be chewed twice daily
Medha vati-one tablet twice daily after food with warm water
At evening drink, warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg or turmeric
Take light warm dinner before 7 PM. Can take Moong dal soup soft rice, steamed vegetables, avoid raw fried, fermented food
Do regular walking Pranayam meditation at least for 20 minutes daily
