The woman body has an incredible intelligence to store itself-especially when supported through Ayurveda, we trace not just the body but also the mind and the spirit From your message, I can sense your sincerity. Let us try to understand your situation through the ayurvedic view, and I will guide you on how we can create space for conception by restoring Dosha balance, reproductive health, and mental Tranquility Ayurvedic understanding of your condition —

You mentioned that you are not able to consume naturally, despite taking medicine for over a year and that you also have PCOD (polycystic over and disease) and elevated TSH(thyroid imbalance) both of this are often interlinked and represent deeper imbalance in VATA KAPHA and sometimes PITTA DOSHA as well According to Ayurveda , PCOD is primarilya kapha vata disorder, kapha causes blockage, and excessive tissue growth ( like cysts), while VATA disturbs the moment of hormones and ovulation due to improper digestive fire and digested toxins, accumulate, and lodge in the reproductive channels, creating obstruction in ovulation, hormonal balance, and regular menstruation

TSH AND THYROID IMBALANCE— Elevated TSH points to hypo thyroid, which in Ayurveda is often due to low digestive fire and KAPHA aggravation when metabolism slows down hormones, get disturbed cycle become irregular and refer reproductive fluid. Weakens

These two together, PCOD and hypothyroid, create a state of hormonal confusion and tissue heaviness that interfere with timely ovulation and healthy conception Ayurveda doesn’t just aim to push the body to consume it works to purify nourish and realign the body’s natural fertility intelligence Let’s work towards Regularising ovulation Improving equality Supporting thyroid and metabolic health Detoxifying excess kapha and ama Creating mental and emotional calmness, very important for conception Diet -(diet plan for fertility, PCOD and elevated TSH)

Your diet must be light, warm digestion, friendly kapha reducing and hormone balancing Fertility- boosting foods: Warm home cooked meals with green moong dal, Loki, Parwal, and pumpkin carrots drumsticks Moong dal Kidi with ghee and cumin Seasonal fruits like papaya, pomegranate, apple pear Soaked almonds, one Walnut daily Home-made butter, milk with added rock salt, and cumin powder Use jeera ajwain saunf halfi hing methi in your daily cooking-all improve digestion, detox kapha and balance hormones

Avoid heavy or processed foods like Paneer bakery, Maida cheese White rice curd at night, sugar potatoes, fried foods Cold water fridge foods, carbonated drinks Soya packet juices Lifestyle guidance —

Sleep early, wake up before sunrise -this alone can regulate hormones Avoid stress screen exposure after 9 PM and emotional overthinking Walk for 30 minutes daily Do whole body massage with warm sesame oil or coconut oil weekly twice Gentle yoga for fertility - Include - baddha konasana, Supta virasana, viparita karani What day time sleeping or lying down after meals

Do regular Pranayam meditation - Anulom - Colombo (alternate, no breathing) balances vata - pitta Brahmari pranayama-calming effect on the hypothalamus and pituitary Five minute of quiet meditation daily with positive intention Classical Ayurvedic treatment —

Rajapravarthini vati -for menstrual regularity One tablet can be taken three times in a day till the menses Kanchanar guggulu- Balance thyroid reduces cysts lymphatic sluggishness One tablet to be taken two times in a day after food with warm water Asoka aristha-4 teaspoon with equal quantity of water twice daily after food Balances Ariana vata srotas Shatavari churna - 1/2 teaspoon with warm milk at night It supports female reproductive hormones Sukumaram ghritam - vata pacification and uterine nourishment Chandraprabha vati-one tablet to be taken twice daily after food with warm water It clears pelvic channels and supports oral cleansing

By taking the above Ayurvedic support along with lifestyle changes and diet. If there is no progress even after three months, then it is advisable to go for Pancha Karma therapy like. Basti ,virechana and udvartana… Please know that the conception is not just a biological process. It is also a deep emotional and spiritual one constant worry, pressure or sadness around the issue can create emotional turbulence with affect the APANA VATA, the Dosha responsible for ovulation and implantation So as important as your medicines and diet, or it’s equally important to feel at peace, feel hopeful and to trust the wisdom of your body. Many women consume naturally after years when their system is gently balanced and mind is set

Finally, I want to tell that you are already on the right path. Ayurveda will not only support you in conceiving naturally, but will also prepare your body to carry a healthy pregnancy and give birth with strength and stability The ceiling is not temporary, it’s long lasting and deeply rooted With blessings for good health, natural conception and inner peace, thank you

When dealing with PCOD and TSH issues, it is important to align your diet and lifestyle with your body’s specific needs. In Ayurveda, PCOD is often linked to a kapha imbalance, and managing this requires holistic attention.

First things first, let’s talk about diet. Focus on eating light, warm foods, this helps in balancing Kapha. Favor freshly cooked vegetables and be cautious with dairy, sweets, and refined foods as they can increase Kapha. Including more fiber-rich foods like whole grains (think brown rice, quinoa) can be beneficial. You should also include spices like turmeric, cumin, and ginger in your daily meals, as they aid digestion and metabolic activity.

Consider practicing mindful eating, chew food slowly, and don’t eat until full to avoid overburdening your digestive system. You might want to start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon; this acts as a mild detoxifier.

In terms of lifestyle, regular exercise is a must. Choose activities that bring you joy and encourage movement, such as walking, yoga or dancing, which can help manage weight and regulate hormones. Consistency is key, try to make this a daily practice.

For TSH, maintaining a routine is particularly important. Ensure you are getting enough sleep—aim for 7 to 8 hours—and try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. A regular sleep schedule supports hormonal balance. Reduce stress through activities like meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), or even simple hobbies you enjoy.

Don’t overlook self-care routines like Abhyanga or oil massage, it can help with circulation and stress relief. Use sesame or mustard oil, massaging gently before a bath.

If you haven’t already, consider consulting an Ayurvedic health practitioner for personalized advice, as they can tailor a plan specific to your unique constitution and needs. Keep in mind, consistency and patience are essential, the balance in your doshas will take time but with steady change in diet and lifestyle, improvement can be experienced.

Dr. Isha Bhardwaj
I am someone who kinda learned early that medicine isn’t just about protocols or pills—like, it’s more about people, right? I did my BAMS with proper grounding in both classical Ayurveda and also the basics of modern med, which honestly helped me see both sides better. During internship, I got to work 6 months at Civil Hospital Sonipat—very clinical, very fast paced—and the other 6 at our own Ayurvedic hospital in the college. That mix showed me how blending traditional and integrative care isn't just theory, it actually works with real patients. After that I joined Kbir Wellness, an Ayurvedic aushdhalaya setup, where I dived into Naadi Pariksha—like really deep. It’s weird how much you can tell from pulse if you just listen right?? Doing regular consultations there sharpened my sense of prakriti, vikriti and how doshas show up subtle first. I used classical Ayurvedic texts to shape treatment plans, but always kept the patient’s routine, mental space and capacity in mind. Also I was part of some health camps around Karnal and Panipat—especially in govt schools and remote areas. That part really stays with me. You get to help ppl who dont usually have access to consistent care, and you start valuing simple awareness more than anything. I kinda think prevention should be a bigger focus in Ayurveda, like we keep talking about root cause but don’t always reach people before it gets worse. My whole method is pretty much built around that—root-cause treatment, yes, but also guiding patients on how to live with their body instead of fighting symptoms all the time. I rely a lot on traditional diagnostics like Naadi, but I mix that with practical therapies they can actually follow. No point in giving hard-to-do regimens if someone’s already overwhelmed. I keep it flexible. Most of my plans include dietary changes, natural formulations, lifestyle corrections and sometimes breathwork, daily rhythms and all that. I’m not here to just “treat illness”—what I really aim for is helping someone feel like they’ve got a handle on their own health again. That shift from just surviving to kinda thriving... that’s what I look for in every case.

Dr. Khushboo
I am someone who kinda started out in both worlds—Ayurveda and allopathy—and that mix really shaped how I see health today. My clinical journey began with 6 months of hands-on allopathic exposure at District Hospital Sitapur. Honestly, that place was intense. Fast-paced, high patient flow, constant cases of chronic and acute illnesses coming through. That taught me a lot about how to see disease. Not just treat it, but like… notice the patterns, get better at real-time diagnosis, really listen to what the patient isn’t saying out loud sometimes. It gave me this sharper sense of clinical grounding which I think still stays with me. Then I moved more deeply into Ayurveda and spent another 6 months diving into clinical training focused on Panchakarma therapies. Stuff like Abhyanga, Basti, Shirodhara—learned those not just as a list of techniques, but how and when to use 'em, especially for detox and deep healing. Every case felt like a different puzzle. There wasn’t always one right answer, you know? And that’s where I found I loved adapting protocols based on what the person actually needed, not just what the textbook says. Alongside that, I got certified in Garbha Sanskar through structured training. That really pulled me closer to maternal health. Pregnancy support through Ayurveda isn’t just about herbs or massage, it’s like this entire way of guiding a mother-to-be toward nourishing the baby right from conception—emotionally, physically, all of it. That part stuck with me hard. My overall approach? It’s kinda fluid. I believe in balancing natural therapies and evidence-based thinking. Whether it's seasonal imbalance, hormonal issues, Panchakarma detox plans, or just guiding someone on long-term wellness—I like making people feel safe, heard, and actually understood. I’m not into rushing plans or masking symptoms. I’d rather work together with someone to build something sustainable that really suits their body and where they’re at. In a way, I’m still learning every day. But my focus stays the same—use Ayurvedic wisdom practically, compassionately, and in a way that just... makes sense in real life.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Rajan soni
I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

Dr. Ayushya Kumar Singh
I am someone who got into Ayurveda not just for treating diseases but cuz I always felt drawn to understanding why things go out of balance in the first place. My work’s rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—I’ve spent years studying them, not just memorizing shlokas but really figuring out what they mean in today’s context. At the same time, I also use modern diagnostic stuff where needed, just to get a fuller picture. Pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) is something I rely on a lot—it’s not easy to master but with practice, it kinda tells you what the body’s hiding, even before symptoms scream out loud. I focus mostly on chronic issues… like gut problems, fatigue, hormonal mess, skin disorders, and stress stuff that just doesn’t go away with tablets. I use herbal formulations (mostly customized), Panchakarma when needed—not in a one-size way but actually based on the person’s Prakriti and Vikriti. I also spend a good chunk of time explaining things to patients. Like why you should eat this in winter, or skip curd at night or not mix fruits with milk—little stuff people think doesn’t matter, but actually does in Ayurveda. Over time, I’ve realized people don’t just want relief, they want to understand how their body works again. That’s kinda where I feel most useful. I help patients reconnect with natural rhythms, daily routines, sleep cycles, digestion, seasons—all of it. And ya, it’s slow sometimes. But once things shift internally, you see it show up on the outside too. That’s what keeps me going honestly. Whether it’s stress or sluggish metabolism or just someone feeling “not right” without knowing why—I try to listen deep, go to the root n create a treatment path that’s realistic and sustainable. Not just ideal on paper. Healing, for me, is something we do together, not something I just hand over. I want people to feel heard n understood… and to believe their bodies can heal, with the right support. That’s what Ayurveda is to me—real, ancient, and still totally alive.
