Pain in Left Knee After Walking - #47194

Left knee feeling pain most days when walked more than 10,000 steps Dosha: Pitta-kapha; I don’t like sour foods.I enjoy sweet dish ( cottage cheese paneer, chocolates, spiced tea -masala tea with brown sugar) I was told by masseur to apply cold ice pack onto knee and found less helpful. I did leg rises ( 90degree) sitting on straight chair. I did cycling in gym. When sprinting outdoors, no pain is felt. Only when walking. Am overweight by 18 kg.
