I am really curious about the yograj guggulu benefits because I've been dealing with this annoying joint pain lately. Last month, I really overdid it at the gym, and now my knees just feel so stiff! I heard from a friend that yograj guggulu is supposed to help with inflammation and pain relief but wasn’t sure how it works, like does it really reduce swelling or is it more for overall joint health? Also, I've tried some other remedies but nothing seems to do the trick. I wonder if there are any specific yograj guggulu benefits that could help me feel better faster? Yes Yogaraja guggulu is helpful in all join inflammatory conditions…but u need something to apply externally as well…try nagaradhi lepa with Rice washed water heat and apply over the joint which u feel pain and swelled up do it fr 3-5 days along with Yogaraja guggulu…if it persists more contact me
