I am really struggling with some persistent joint pain in my knees and back, and I heard about Aayush Ayurkesh Oil a few weeks ago from a friend. I thought I’d give it a try since my doctor didn't really have great suggestions besides pain meds. The pain has been getting worse, especially when the weather changes, and sometimes I have trouble sleeping because it hurts if I lay too long. I tried stretching and even some heat packs, but nothing seemed to help much. Anyway, when I started applying Aayush Ayurkesh Oil, I felt a little bit of relief but it wasn't like a miracle or anything. I’ve been using it for about 10 days now, and just wondering if I should be doing something different? Like should I be using it more often or maybe combine it with something else, like certain exercises or diets? People kept saying it can help with inflammation, and I do get a lot of swelling too. Is it normal for it to take a while to see real improvement? I guess I’m worried about getting dependent on it or something.
