Ayurveda, our ancient science of life, views the human body as an interconnected system where degeneration , inflammation , and tissue damage are outcomes of deeper metabolic and energetic disturbances

you are experiencing two chronic issues- persistent left knee pain at night, and skin peeling or erosion in the retromolar trigone area of the mouth. Though these might appear unrelated at first, both can be traced back to aggravated bata-pitta dosha, weakened immunity or vital energy, and impaired nutritional plasma formation

1)LEFT KNEE PAIN WORSE AT NIGHT nighttime knee commonly signifies vata aggravation, particularly in the bone and marrow. cold temperatures and inactivity at night increases dryness and stiffness leading to discomfort

Possible causes- -early osteoarthritis -poor synovial fluid/lubrication -toxin accumulation due to poor digestion -nutrient deficiencies- calcium, vit d3 etc -lack of movement or long standing postures
