No itchiness as such only the patch area is rough and dry and dark in colour. One doctor advised prophysalic NF6 ointment.. With that ointment skin got peeled off and patch was gone but again the patch has returned on the same place

Firstly, incorporating internal healing is as important as external treatments. Start by cleansing your diet to balance Vata and Pitta. Include warm, cooked meals with spices like turmeric and cumin. Add ghee to your diet as it is particularly beneficial for nourishing dry tissues. Hydrate regularly with warm water or herbal teas like chamomile, which have cooling properties.

Externally, regularly massage your hands with sesame oil as it is deeply nourishing and helps in balancing Vata. You can apply the oil, leave it for around 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. After washing, apply a natural moisturizer, maybe a chamomile or calendula cream, to maintain hydration.

Consider also adding a herbal supplement like Triphala to support detoxification and overall skin health. Take it before bedtime with warm water as it helps in cleansing the system, which can reflect positively on your skin.

Try to avoid triggering factors that may exacerbate the condition, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive sun or wind. Wearing cotton gloves when doing housework can be helpful.

If the patch returns again, it might be time to examine stress levels and sleep quality: both are indirect causes that can contribute to skin issues. Techniques like meditation or yoga could aid in balancing your energy and ensuring all doshas are in harmony.

Remember, persistent issues like these might need continued treatment and lifestyle adjustments. Consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner can provide personalized guidance that aligns with your unique constitution and current imbalances.
